2024년 무궁화사랑모임

 제14회 현충일 행사 11월 9일 (토) 오전 11시

무궁화 사랑 모임에서는  .캐나다 현충일을 맞이하여, 한국전에

참가한 캐나다 참전용사 모든분과 희생된 516명을  기리는

제14회 행사를 갖습니다 

날짜: 11월 9 일 (토요일) 오전 11시 

장소: 제임스가든내 이상온 무궁화 동산

주소: 99 Edenbridge Dr, Etobicoke On (Eglinton Ave W 남쪽,

Royal York Road 동쪽)

During the Korean War (1950-1953), Canadian troops were

dispatched to help protect the freedom of South Korea.

Of the 26,791 troops, 516 lost their lives and 1552 were

injured. Koreans will never forget their noble sacrifice.

Attached to these Rose of Sharon plants

(the national flower of Korea) are 516 red ribbons

commemorating and honouring the courage of all Canadian

soldiers. Thank you, Canada.
